Some one in Californina has filed suit challenging the new Arizona immigration Law.

Question1: Does this person have standing since they are not a resident of the state?

Question2: Since this law mirrors the federal statute and if it's found to be unconstitutional, does that invalidate the federal law?

The City of San Fransisco has issued an edict banning any trade with the Arizona based businesses. I think the Governor of Arizona should offer to all illegals in the state, a one way travel voucher to San Fransisco where they will be welcomed with open arms since the State of California is in such wonderful financial condition.

Finally; Mayor Bloomberg of NYC is dissing Arizona! I say boycott Arizona Iced Tea. It's brewed in New York!
